Ok so me and my dad are doing P90X, which for anyone that doesn't know is a 90 day fitness program created by World Class trainer Tony Horton and Beachbody. So we are in our 3rd phase and I have had greater results than my dad, I have lost about 18 lbs, and he has lost almost 10. We eat fairly light during the day, we almost never exceed 2000 calories a day but we aren't hungry so we don't eat. We usually eat dinner around 5-6:30 every night and then we don't consume anything until the next morning in the form of Breakfast. We weigh ourselves before we go to snooze and then again the next morning. If we followed our nutrition well during the day we usually lose about 1-2lbs. overnight. We have been racking our brains for years wondering how we can lose that much weight at night if we aren't going to the bathroom until the next morning. Now some people could make a point in saying that "well maybe you don't know that you are going to the bathroom at night". We kept a monitor on ourselves using a video camera and we didn't go the bathroom. So if the saying Matter can not be created nor destroyed then how are we losing that weight at night. I could look if it was like .1-.2 or 3 but we are talking pounds of weight, HOW ARE WE LOSING IT? Now don't receive me wrong the more weight I lose the better it makes me feel but I am just wondering how this is happening?

traits that are most conducive to survival and fitness is the overriding factor as to the resulting characteristics that are ultimately chosen by evolution for an organism (ideally speaking), then does this not make the theory of evolution a self-defeating proposition? Please allow me to expand. There is no necessary correlation between what is most practical and what is ultimately true as far as being conducive to survival. For example, if I believe it is a capital offense to speed, I am more likely to survive my driving experience although my belief is untrue. If we humans and our brains with every its reasoning power are merely the result of countless mutations that have been "selected" based on their tendency to help our ancestors survive, what assurance do we have that our reasoning leads us to ultimate truth? In short, does not the concept of evolution invalidate any conclusions about what is ultimately true, by any organism that is a product of such a process? Rev, you're obviously a pretty smart guy. Surely you can give me more than that. Rev, I'm not trying to say the point of evolution is to discover ultimate truth. I'm saying believers in the theory of evolution hold that it IS true and, as you so eloquently stated, evolution is not meant to produce organisms who can do that, but to merely survive, therefore your conclusion that evolution is true is invalid. Self defeating theory. what I mean is, evolution's point is not to necessarily facilitate organisms who's thought processes guide to actual truth, but only to conclusions that are most conducive to survival. ok so i went to the gym with my pal. i workout alot anyways and my first time going to the gym i ran 4.2 mph, and she could only run 3.6. plus my heart rate during that was 130 qhile hers was 160. then on a bike she was watchign us again and yet again she was watchign me as i was going faster on this bike, and she was going slower but her heart rate was 180 while mine was 107. but yeah she asked me to go receive somethign to clean her seat cause she was done, and i said no cause i wasnt done, but she kept saying that since she invited me i need to do what she says and that it will only take 5 seconds, btu i said then cant you receive up for 5 seconds, yoru done anyways, and in my brain wel i was teling myself im not her bitch. btu yeah was she mad that i could go over and beyond what she could. like she did ten pounds on this ab machine i did 5o. but guys have more muscles than girs, btu why is she being a bitch when we go to the gym. and yeah she got mad i went to 50 pounds while she could only go to 10

I was on a fitness program in April, and I was doing very well with it. But I threw my back out and had to quit working out for about a month. When I finally went back to it, it was nearly summertime and extremely difficult to receive into the right mindset for getting into shape. It was like, "Summer is already here. I missed the time frame I was shooting for. What's the point? I still want to receive in shape... but now there are pool parties and lake parties and camping and grilling out. I have a pal who is super interested in fitness and really has a talent for learning about how to keep himself in shape. Unfortunately he also has some brain damage from fetal alcohol syndrome. This affects everyone differently since different parts of the brain can be harmed, but in general, people with FAS tend to have trouble with memory, math, reading, and organizational skills. However, like anyone else, people with FAS often have a few natural talents and if you go with strengths and support weaknesses properly, they can be wildly successful in their lives! My pal is definitely not stupid. He has a quick sense of humor, and is good interacting with people. And he has been memorizing fitness routines, following up on shoes and gadgets and every kinds of different things for years now and also pays close attention to his diet...the proof that he has mastered the information is his body. He is in remarkable shape and really has a passion for it. So far, this is just a hobby for my pal but today I asked if he had ever looked into being a personal trainer...he is currently working at Walmart in an entry level position, and he has really never thought of himself able to move beyond that because of his disability. But with proper support, he can do a lot more than push carts and move meat. He lit up when I asked him about being a trainer and I know he started looking into it. I told him I would also help find some info. So without insulting the profession at every...I want to ask, how mentally demanding is this as a career? Are there academic classes? How long? Is it hands on learning and certification? Do you have to keep up credits? Does it lean heavy on math and reading skills? He can do both, but not lightning quick...you know? I think the goal would be working with clients in a health club and he probably would need some mentoring and some accommodations for his deficits, just like someone with any other disability. He would need to be in a really supportive setting. Does this sound like a proper career choice for a guy with his skill set?

And for some God saken reason I feel like every girls look for is brains. I'm a Biology major and I think of myself as a smart guy. So I receive A's and very little B's but last semester I took second level Biology, Calculus, and a music course but the thing is I started working out a lot, and now I have an eight pack without exxageration and I've got some nice muscles too, my girl friends admire me for it and have every said good job. The thing is, With every this time I put in into my fitness and diet, and regardless so the amount of hours I spent studying EVERYDAY for these classes, the hours weren't enough (and BIO 2 and CALC is difficult!) so at the end I ended up with an A for the music class and a C for bio and calc, and now I feel like a failure. For breakfast, I had a big bowl of raisin brain which satisfied me for a while. Lunchtime came around, and I ate a banana because I wasn't so hungry. Then I had another tiny bowl of raisin bran. way smaller than my breakfast. Then for dinner, I put some pasta in a tiny bowl. It's a pasta that has spinach in it, and it had like two tiny pieces of hot dog in it. Then I ate ONE SLICE of pizza. now I'm done for the day, and ate about 1,249 calories. I use this Fitness Pal thing on my ipod, and my goal is 1,820 calories a day but for some reason, I eat way less. I'm not always hungry. btw, if you need to know: I'm a male, I weigh about 158 pounds, I'm 5'9, and I'm sixteen years old.

Hello everyone, I'm turning 19 in 4 months and I haven't really done anything with my life yet. I've been searching for a job for about a year. Since I live in Hawaii and live in a tiny town so its difficult. I haven't found any jobs and its really depressing me. Before that I was about 120 pounds and severely addicted to world of warcraft for about 3 years. From about 15- 18 yrs old. Playing about 4-10 hours per day. I actually lost weight from not eating enough and I'm pretty sure my muscles were burned for fuel since I didn't eat enough. That's why I lost weight. So after a 3 year addiction I quit wow in august 2009. I started P90X in September 2009. Prior to this I had never done real working out. Maybe 25 push ups and 5 minutes of sit ups. That was it though! I started P90X and did it for 2 months. Fell off the wagon at around day 70. Restarted January 1st 2010 fresh, did another round of P90X and missed 0 days! Then I did round 2, but P90X+ this time. I'm coming up on day 81 of this round of P90X+. I've found a new found adore for fitness and being healthy. I want to share my knowledge, be it little as of right now. With everyone I know. I've only been doing the P90X and P90X+ systems so far but even in the 10 months it's been since I started this journey. I've learned a lot and I've put my addiction I had for world of warcraft into fitness and being healthy. With that being said, I started at 120 pounds of pretty much just skin and bone and now I'm 142 of lean muscles. I've gotten a six pack now and its amazing how far difficult work and determination can receive you. I'm 5'9 and turning 19 in 4 months. I want to do something with my life and I think trying this personal trainer idea might actually be a good thing. If i do decide to do it, what I plan to do is go to college and receive some dumb part time job and receive at least 2 years of college in. receive my certificate, and any other courses in college that would make me more desirable as a personal trainer. Once I have every that either look into some local gyms and look if they are employing personal trainers and if not set up my possess and market myself for it. I don't think this is some fad that I'm going to receive bored with. I'm really looking forward to do this for the relax of my life. I want to stay fit and healthy until the end of time. I know some about nutrition and diets but I want to further expand my brain and be the most qualified I can be. SHORT VERSION : I'm 19 in 4 months, I used to be really skinny from being addicted to wow. Then I quit and now I'm kinda ripped and decently clip. I haven't had a job yet because my town sucks and is in hawaii so its super expensive. Do you think being a personal trainer is a good career path? I dont want to work at minimum wage forever.

I'm 15... and I smoked for about 2 years on and off when i was 12-14, but I quit as it was ruining my fitness. Recently I've had a lot on my mind: exams, adore, my nan died 2 months ago, a good pal of mine has a brain tumor etc. I'm really tempted to ask an older pal of mine to buy me cigarettes as the reason I started in the first place was that I had alot on my mind then too, but it's worse this time, it's like I'm always craving one at the moment. Everyone knows that cardio is the best thing for you when looking to burn extra calories. Or is it? What most people don’t know is cardio can be the worst thing for cutting fat when it isn’t paired with weight training. If you ask the girl (or even the guy) on the ab machine what she’s trying to do, nine times out of ten she will answer with “lose my stomach fat.” Ten times out of ten, she won’t loss stomach fat. The number one reason for this is that you can’t spot reduce an area. When you lose body fat, the fat will be reduced throughout the body, not just from the area you’re working. If we could lose weight in just one area, don’t you think we’d look a little silly? People would walk around with rock difficult abs, saggy glutes, and flabby arms. every beach guys would have fat legs because they only do chest, arms, and abs. cease listening to your uneducated group fitness class groupies. You’re working too difficult and burning too many calories. Your body is eating your muscle, which is slowing your metabolism down, and you aren’t strength training. I don’t care about my muscle. What does that have to do with me losing weight. It has everything to do with you losing weight. Your muscle is going to be what regulates your metabolism. Your metabolism is going to be the amount of calories you burn at relax throughout the day. Now this is where muscle comes in. Your muscle determines your metabolism. A pound of muscle can burn anywhere up to 50 calories a day depending on its health. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn throughout the day. This is known as your basal metabolic rate, an estimated amount of calories you burn throughout the day. Hey guys. I'm looking for people who are more or less experts in this area. Not saying you have to have a degree, or even have gone to school at every. Please do not answer unless you are willing to give valuable and scientifically backed info. I am creating a project, and part of it is basically figuring out who someone is. I've determined, and I could be wrong, that every area of life, whether it be sports, work, fitness, recreational, etc., every comes down to who we are. This is very obvious, but what I'd like to find out is this: How can you find out who someone is to such a degree where you can predict what they will do or how they will respond to a certain event, or challenge, or whatever comes their way. I'm sleepy and it's difficult to type, but could someone give me some clear clip answers. I know someone's personality determines alot, but what exactly is personality? What makes up our personality? Chemicals, brain quadrants? What? If someone could brake this down for me, i'd adore it. Also, I guess if you could brake down psychology and what is behind how we think, which would pretty much be the same thing, I would appreciate it. I've done a ton of research for and have found some good answers, especially with Jung and Briggs Myers tests, but I'm looking for that one, nice of different, unique bit of advice that can give me better insight. I am approaching 47 years old. I am healthy and quite fit. My periods are a normal 25-28 day cycle and last approximately 3 days and are always light. Last november I went through a very bad time with sleeping. Suddenly I was unable to snooze at every at night or even by day. Not even for a short time. After christmas I was in such a state emotionally and physically sleepy, my GP put me on anti depressants to reduce my anxiety and prescribed Temazepam to help me snooze. I wasn't glad about being on anti depressants because I wasn't depressed but he felt he had to slow my body down because my head was going at 90mph and he said eventually I would 'accident'. I tried every nice of remedy to help with my snooze problem. I saw a hypnotist for 7 sessions. Costly and didn't help at every. I then had an oppertunity to attend The Lightning Process, a 3 day intensive course that helps you to re- program your brain to 'doing' positive. After 2 days of the course finishing, I began to snooze again and I also began an extreme fitness programme called P90X. It's an American fitness workout with 12 dvd's. This every helped to make me feel fitter and stronger in body and mind and I have been sleeping without any sleeping tablets or anti depressants for 4 months. I was able to cease both with few side affects within 2 weeks. Life has been going along without any stresses or change since then but last week, I couldn't snooze at every. I tried not to panic and just remember we every have bad nights. The next night, I couldn't snooze again and alarm bells started to ring because this is how it started before 'out of the blue'. I have now gone 4 nights without being able to snooze and I weakened on the 3rd night and took Temazepam. I just wondered if maybe this could be the start of the menopause. I have no other explanation of what can be causing me this. Did anyone else experience this? My GP said I am too young to start the menopause but I know many women who were younger than I am who started it. I have no other symptoms to suggest it can be menopause, no mood swings, still have good sexdrive. I was so certain my positive attitude and daily exercise was helping me but now I don't know what to think is happening to me. Thank you every who have answered me with feasibe answes. I have booked an appointment to look my GP again and will ask if its possible to have my hormone levels tested to rule out wondering if its the start of the menopause. I have also started taking Temazepam again in the wish it kick starts me back to sleeping because I couldn't go another night without sleeping. Trying to stay positive and not go into passive mode!

You would have thought after the hundreds of thousands of years that we have had to evolve we would have become better at physical fitness. Wouldn't you have thought that our lung capacity would have increased and our hearts have expanded in size, before this modern day the only method of transport was to run or walk, doing this for a good 100 thousand years would have triggered some sort of change in the process. Ever since lately I've been feeling dark, hollow depression at night. I do suffer from depression and I do have anxiety and very low self-esteem. I still manage to cope and I've been going out more lately. I still feel depressed. I think it's my home life. My stepdad hates me and my mum and I argue every the time. The only time I go out is to have a drink at a cafe with my support worker. She helps me go out more and stuff like that. She is helping me move out of home. I don't have a job and I left school because of bullying. I stay up every night on th computer and when I wake up in the afternoon. I actually had stopped doing that, but recently it started again (me up every night). I don't have friends online or in real life. I often feel like hurting myself or others. Not that I want to, but because I feel like my brain has gone insane with stress and I lose my common sense. I am doing schooling through correspondence once a week for an hour. But the lady gets frustrated at me because I'm not very smart ( I used to be smart at school and got awards till the bullying got worse). I'm also very sleepy as well because I've had like 1 hour of snooze and keep dozing off. Sometimes I don't even go because of the tiredness (fights in home erupt). I've been through a HELL load of stuff in the past year and I think it's taken it's toll on me. The feeling of emptiness and loneliness has gotten really bad. People say going out more will make me feel better, but it doesn't. I look people and their friends, things I like, families glad..a whole load of things to make me feel worse. I've tried making friends in the past and online. But they ignore me and think I'm 'weird' and 'different'. I'm friendly and talk to them, but they just don't care. Recently, my support worker put me in this group doing exercise (she and my mum told me I'm fat) and arts. But I was scared of going yesterday. I don't know why. I tried getting up, but I didn't have the fitness gear. Mum and my stepdad screamed at me. I told them I have no fitness clothes (we are needy) and mum said to me "just put on leggings and a t-shirt! (I lost the plot because she was ignoring me for no reason and treating my stepdad nicely after he bullied me and emotionally abused me). The cops came and threw me in jail for a couple hours. Then the psychiatric team starting tearing into me bringing me down saying things like "you aren't stupid!" and staring me down and then locking me in this tiny room and taking off laughing. They had excuses for everything I said. I said how my parents are horrible and they said because I'm horrible. They don't care what caused me to act the way I do! I've never web soo emotionally and verbally abused by anyone, as I had by those people. They didn't 'analyse' me they made me feel worthless and a pathetic human being and it felt like they were digging into my soul. I saw the cops laughing at me too. I am not a bad person. My life went downhill. I was a very difficult, dedicated, polite student at school. In fact I was a bit of a teachers pet. I hardly ever got mad and I went out lots. I guess I'm old fashion and have old fashion "conservative values".... I don't allow much tv-I'd rather them play and develop their brains. The shows they do receive to watch are educational. I won't allow a tv/dvd player/computer/video game console in my child's room. I'd rather they play/interact with the family and not spend every day looking at a screen, I won't allow them to go to parties without parents there. I won't allow them to go on dates until they are 16 and I've met the date several times. I won't allow them in their bedroom with their date. I won't allow them to be alone at a home with a date. I won't allow them to cuss(my husband and I don't). There are appropriate consequences for their actions. There will be curfews and phone check in when out with friends and dates. We will strongly encourage the kids to remain virgins until marriage. We will discourage drug use and alcohol consumption. We will encourage them to keep a nice appearance. We will put emphasis on education and fitness, not on "being popular". Yes, they will receive to do every the other normal "kid things". What the heck is so wrong with this? Resolved Question: Can you be forced to be on remedial PT if you did not fail the Army PT test?
Recently my Army unit decided that EVERYONE that did not score atleast a 225 and atleast 70 in each event of the APFT would be placed on remedial PT along side the PT failures and Overweights. Is this a fair and just thing to do? Now I know the whole "you joined the army, not the boy scouts" thing that people adore to toss out there (mainly due to lack of brains), but sorry, yeah I joined the army, but I'm not a robot either. I'm not infantry or anything like that either, so the arguement of "we need to be fit for combat" thing is not applicable here. I went to combat twice, and neither deployment was I put in a situation where I had to rely on my "superior physical fitness." So if I'm being treated unfairly I believe I have the right to stand up for myself. I didn't fail it, nor do I fall in this catagory. I just said that my unit recently started this.

in 2 weeks i am starting a cookery course and it is very important to me that i am in the best condition i can be. i have been out of work for ages now and my energy levels are pretty low and i am a bit overweight. I have access to a fitness centre wich has a gym, sauna and swimming pool. I am thinking about doing a 4 day water quick followed by eating only raw fruit and veg for a week. supplementing this with a multivitamin, wheatgrass powder, flax tablets, 1000mg vitamin c pills, lots of sprouted alfalfa. with this lots of excersize and saunas does this sound good. My main goal is high energy, high concentration, improving my sense of taste as i eat so much spicey stuff i think it has suffered, does any1 have any other ideas?????????

Geology - The age of the earth proves that it took a loooong time to arrive at where we are now. 4.5 billion years. Modern humans arrived just 200,000 years ago. Biology - Evolution proves that complex design can happen without a designer. Astronomy - Just about everything in this field goes against the bible. I can understand why you still believe in the concept of a god because there is nothing in science that can explain the question "why are we here". However, I just can't understand why so many people chose to follow Christian teachings when there is absolutely no evidence of truth. The bible was written by men, so it doesn't qualify as evidence of anything. I'm not saying the men who wrote the bible were unintelligent or good intentioned, just that they had their possess philosophy that doesn't really apply to the gift. Perhaps you believe that your consciousness is proof, but it can be explained by evolution. We evolved complex brains that can plan into the future. This was beneficial to us and increased the fitness of our species. I'm sure I'll receive the answer "I just have faith", but this is no explanation. When observable evidence is ignored because of your faith, then your faith is misdirected. What is so wrong with asking questions and searching for truth? A lot of people are avoiding the question. Voting Question: Cycling For weight loss ?
Hi there. I have a few questions Rolled into one. I have just started Cycling to work which is apx 5 miles each way (10 miles a day) and wanted to know if this was going to be enough to start noticing some weight loss. At the moment i am sticking to around 1500 calories a day. Eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. My current weight is 13st 4 lbs and i am 5ft 5inch tall. I haven't noticed any results yet ( after 2 weeks) on the scale apart from a definite firmness of the bottom! ;-). Basically am i doing enough? will i loose weight? or do i need to up my game? "RING" "Saved by the bell" I mumbled to myself. I scooped everything off my desk and shoved it into my school bag. Time to kick back and relax for the weekend. I shot down the hallway, eager to receive as far away from the teachers and classrooms as possible. I pushed through the crowd of students blocking the door, squeezing past anyone in my path. I stumbled out the door and hurried down the few step that led to the road outside my school. I ran, skipping two steps at a time until- THUD! I lost my footing and slid down the remaining steps until I hit the ground. "Arghh" I groaned I rolled onto my side and lifted myself onto my knees. Sarah Reave scuttled down the stairs, careful not to scuff her shoes, and lent over me. "Are you okay?" Sarah said frantically. I could hear the panic in her voice. "I'm fine, I'm okay don't panic." I replied reluctantly. I touched the side of my cheek and felt the blood drip from my finger to my blouse. "Darn" I swore. I stared at my hands the skin had been grazed and now stung like mad. Sarah wrapped her arms around my waist and guided me over to a nearby patch of grass. We sat down and Sarah stared at me, inspecting the cuts and bruises. I could feel people watching me. I look around to look a group of people close the top of the stair, gazing at me, eager to know what had happened. Sarah opened her school bag and pulled out a packet of bandages. " Don't tell me you carry them around with you every day?" I asked. "Hey, you never know when you'll need them." Sarah removed a few from their box and ripped off the covering, careful to make sure every scrap went back into her bag. She placed them gently on my cuts. I thought for a moment before looking up at Sarah. "Thanks." "Dont worry about it" Sarah smiled. " Anyway I have nothing better to do." Sarah finished putting the last bandage on my knee, and placed everything back into her bag. She eased me up and then handed me my bag. " Have you thought about your homework yet?" Sarah asked. "We've only just left the classroom!" I was horrified but laughed anyway. "I can't decide between Pythagorus or Archimedes." Sarah frowned. "Want to tag along to the library?" Sarah asked. "I could use the company." I badly wanted to go home, crack open a cola and slump on the sofa for the relax of the afternoon, but it would probably be my only chance to go. I woke up with the horrible tune, odd name manboy on the brain. There you have it, then you can figure out my condition. Was perhaps a glass too much of a good thing yesterday. Do not know exactly what we are doing here at home. Whistled down on Gota's closing minutes as we stepped inside the door. So it was just that the nearest stairway to relax and check out the stunning scenery below the trees had blossomed during the night and I wanted to stay in each one just to check. There is something about trees, I run it was not entirely true, my fitness has deteriorated since I moved here and this area is the very hills. So the company came to me when I lie panting with spirit stayed in every tree. That is me!. Woke up awfully early on that I got my painting over the bed head, or it was last night. I do not remember. But with two hours of snooze today so I have been a nice chaos. Strangely, I woke up So I put me directly on the balcony, created sunbathing. Perhaps it was a big mistake because it was very hot in the morning and right now I'm just right mushy and warm throughout the body. Freckles came up so now I lie here, still sleepy, less attractive, but with a burn. My pal made a thumbs down and went back with the coolest name. If I live tomorrow and I will book a hit when instead. Tonight it is me and my bird flying outside noises. Home sweet home. Home sweet home. Right now, I hear singing in the kitchen. So now it's really time for me to turn the page.
Resolved Question: Would transhumans be the next step in homo sapiens evolutionary path?
Of course, one would argue that untrue, for we wouldn't actually "evolve" into transumans; we would only add the beneficial mechanisms to a human after they are born. Theoretically, it would heighten our ability to survive (make us stronger, smarter, faster, etc). Even so, our brains have evolved enough for us to actually conceptualize robotics, which I would argue goes hand in hand with the next step in our species transhuman evolution. If the time comes where we, as a human race, realize the importance of increasing our fitness with mechanisms it would still be another step in our evolutionary process as homo sapiens.
Resolved Question: What Martial Art should i pick?
Hey guys. I want to start on some Martial Arts training, but i have no idea what to start practicing! I'm a tall guy, but havnt done any fitness or training for 8 months. It's not a problem though because my body is really easy to train whenever i have the motivation. I'm looking for something that is very much technical, therefore every forms of Boxing and Wrestling is not for me... For quite a while, i thought of Aikido as the thing i would start, because it's very technical and depends almost entirely on your brain - But i must say i dont like the whole Passive/only-defence mentality of the sport... So anyone have any suggestions? If you have questions just ask and i will answer them asap :) Mmm right, Hokuto Shinken is fictional ;) I should probably add that something with a lot of complicated and technical "grips" is also to be preferred. There is nothing like the ability to take down an opponent with as little physical might as possible.

Resolved Question: What does it take to be a good centre midfield in football(soccer) ?
Im 15 and i play right back, but i know im wasted there i have a good footballing brain, can read the play well and find a good pass. BUT when i play at an open age level i want to play centre midfeild preferably more attacking like andres iniesta sort of role, so if you could give some attributes needed and what i can do to improve them attributes that would be great. Also maybe some fitness advice as im not mega fit yet. thanks in advance :)

Hi im 15. I play right back but i know im wasted there, I think i should be a centre attacking midfielder but want to give the coach some confidence that he can play me there in like a Iniesta lampard sort of role linking play up from midfield to attack. because i know this is the best position for me as i have a great footballing brain and can pick out a good pass and have a fair bit of skill BUT PLEASE WILL YOU PUT WHAT ATTRIBUTES THAT POSITION REQUIRES AND WHAT I CAN DO TO TO IMPROVE THEM SUCH AS DRILLS AND ALSO I NEED A LITTLE FITNESS WORK DOING MAYBE SOME ADVICE ON THAT AS WELL?
